Our hassle-free in-person estimates are always free. You call (336) 930 - 6540 to set up a day/time for us to come out and take a look at your project. We email your Quote and copy of our General Liability Insurance. Then we work together to schedule your services. 

We do not offer landscaping services, we are a full service tree care business, specializing in hazardous tree removal. We would be happy to refer you to a popular local company in your area, who can assist with your project.

Yes! We can offer you options. We understand that tree removal can be costly and can offer you options, tailored to your budget. 

Yes, if chipping is part of your service. We don’t utilize a chipper on every job and service must be requested at time of estimate. 

Unfortunately not. We would have to come out and take a look at your project, in person, to give you an accurate estimate. You can feel free to text any pictures to (336) 930 - 6540 and we can discuss your plan for your project more in depth. 

Yes, you can trim back anything on your side of the property line. We practice proper pruning techniques and will recommend whats good for the overall health of the tree. We won’t necessarily remove the entire limb or side of the tree. We would have to see it in person to explain what options are available. 

Higher Elevations Tree Care works with a network of ISA Certified Arborists who are available to answer any questions you may have. 

Absolutely, every customer receives a certificate of insurance with their personal quote, from the very beginning. We like to bring our customers peace of mind from the start of the entire process. 

That is entirely your preference, but not required. We can discuss our plan and payment method ahead of scheduled services. Once we have completed the work, we will send you pictures/videos of the work areas, for your final approval. We want our customers to feel confident in our ability to handle everything from the start to finish of your project. We offer two options, cutting the stump low and for an additional fee, grinding the stump out. Stump grindings will be left on site unless removal is added to service agreement, at an additional cost.
